Mer Bleue has always been a family affair. The fish comes in fresh each morning, the grill stays busy through lunch and dinner, and the welcome is the kind you only get from people cooking in their own place.
Nothing here is fussy. Good seafood, generous plates, salads and pasta, a Cypriot wine list, and a view that makes the whole thing feel like a small holiday — whether you've come for a full meal or just a coffee by the water.

We're right on the Oroklini shoreline, a few steps east of Larnaca. The terrace tables sit so close to the sea that on a calm day the water reaches your feet. Arrive before sunset and the whole bay turns gold.
